Strength and Performance Packages

No matter your goals or sport, we can elevate your performance and work capacity with our strength and performance coaching.

  • One-on-one sessions will be held at the Crew Racing and Rehab gym and are 45 minutes in duration

  • 3 workouts provided each week whether in person or uploaded to online platform with each package

  • Sessions are by appointment only

  • Will develop a comprehensive training regimen focused at improving sport specific skill set while avoiding and overcoming injury

  • Access to online training log at no additional cost

  • Personalized approach taken with each athlete to meet full fitness potential

  • Adjustments to training made as needed and appropriate

  • Lines of communication are always open via phone and email
