Importance of Carbohydrates

Ah, yes! A day in the life of an endurance athlete. There are a few things we know for certain - training, it works. So does sleep. And so does food. Ladies, did you know we have to have at least 130-140g of carbohydrates/day just for menstrual cycle function? Don't ever overlook the importance of how we supply our bodies, and brains, with energy!
